It’s hard to debunk the perception that quality = bust-a-budget pricing, I admit. Women of today, with their higher earning power and increased demand for quality ladies’ accessories, cosmetics and clothing, branded retailed outlets are often flocked to by ladies of the working class every time they put up a ‘sales’ sign. Wouldn’t you? But taking a look at how this perception came to place, I find it hard not to deny the fact that people came to this conclusion is because many unscrupulous manufacturers or ladies’ accessories and clothing compromised the quality of their products just to bring the price down.
